How long will my flowers stay fresh?
With proper care, most of our arrangements stay vibrant for 5-7 days. We include a packet of flower food and care instructions with every delivery to ensure maximum longevity.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time. Please note that availability may vary during peak holidays like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient is unavailable, our couriers will look for a safe, shaded spot to leave the flowers or leave them with a neighbor. We will always send a notification to the sender once the delivery is complete.
Can I customize a floral arrangement?
Absolutely! If you have specific colors or blooms in mind, please contact our floral design team directly or leave a note in the 'Special Instructions' field during checkout.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
While we cannot accept returns on live flowers, your satisfaction is our priority. If your arrangement arrives damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo for a replacement or refund.
Are your flowers ethically sourced?
